Dialectical Behavior Therapy
DBT is the primary type of therapy we offer. It is the gold standard treatment for suicide, non-suicidal self-injury, and symptoms of borderline personality disorder. DBT also effectively treats opiate addictions, eating disorders, and emotion dysregulation (ie. when unwanted emotions take control of a person's behavior).
