Employment Opportunity
Ebright is currently in need of additional therapists to keep up with growing demand. We are looking for therapists to provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services in our community. This would include:
- Providing individual DBT sessions
- Leading and/or co-leading DBT group skills training,
- Providing phone coaching to clients as needed
- Being a part of our weekly consultation team
Who Should Apply
Becoming a DBT clinician is not for everyone. This work requires the ability to manage painful emotions and crises when they arise, possess strong self-management skills, and be willing to constantly learn and accept feedback. It's a widely held belief in the DBT community that the skills we teach are the same skills we will need to do this work and pursue our own lives worth living.
This position is an amazing training opportunity. If you are looking to strengthen your own clinical skills, master a highly sought after and needed treatment, and get support from a dedicated team, we have you covered. We are the only comprehensive DBT provider in the state of Delaware. We also are strongly connected to the DBT community at large and actively play a role in maintaining high fidelity to this life saving treatment.
