Ebright is currently in need of additional therapists to keep up with growing demand. We are looking for therapists to provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)services in our community. This would include:
This is a W-2 position and requires the ability to manage the equivalent of a part time or full time DBT case load (average seeing a minimum of 10 clients per week, with a maximum of 22).
- Providing individual DBT sessions
- Leading and/or co-leading DBT group skills training,
- Providing phone coaching to clients as needed
- Being a part of our weekly consultation team
