Caring Letters
Even the simplest message can help save a life.*
Life - as you may know - can be full of suffering. Sometimes that suffering puts us into an emotional hell that is not so easy to get out of. And once we are in it, we might feel incredibly alone.
You are not alone. And as a reminder, it can mean the world for someone to receive a simple, caring message to hold on to while they ride out that suffering.
Please consider writing that message for a fellow human being who is suffering right now.

How to Support and Write a Letter

Step 1: Write a message
Imagine a friend suffering and there isn't much you can do to fix/solve the issue in the moment. What caring, supportive words would you offer?
-
Keep it brief (paragraph or less),
-
non-demanding (don't tell someone what they should do),
-
and non-judgmental (there isn't a right or wrong way to feel)
-
Keep it anonymous (only include your first name in the letter)

Step 2: Send the message
Mail us your letter and we'll send it out anonymously to someone who needs to hear it.
Mail to:
